Financial

1. Ensure that all billing transaction handled properly

Administration

1. Provide the accurate bill for the guest

2. Attend meetings and briefing as determined by Food and Beverage Manager

3. Compiling and preparing departmental report related to the Cashiering procedure

Operational

1. Report upon the coming in the outlet to the FB captains or supervisors

2. Perform the best service ability to the guests

3. Perform a standard of personal grooming and hygiene meet those standard outlined by Amanoi resorts

4. Perform the best quality of service as Amanoi standard

4. Understand and adhere to Amanoi policies and procedures

5. Perform a courteous and professional service at all times

6. Adhere and follow to the concerned outlet service sequence and Standard Operational Procedure

7. Have the product and service knowledge to be able to respond on the guests’ requests

8. Anticipate the guests’ needs by observing, asking or reading the profiles

9. Continuously notice of any information coming to the concerned outlet (e.g. memo)

10. Maintain the personal service to the guests by giving the details attention to the guests

11. Fulfill the guests’ requests and liaise closely with FB captains or supervisors

12. Continuously maintain the cleanliness and maintenance in the concerned outlet

13. Provide all preparation and mise en – place in the concerned outlet before service time

14. Provide the correct and complete tools and equipment in the concerned outlet in order to provide the outstanding level of service

15. Perform an up-selling procedures to maximize revenue

16. Attend the briefing conducted by the Captain or Supervisor

17. Attend the training or refreshment conducted by the Captain or Supervisor

18. Maintain the communication among the staff in the concerned outlet or other outlets and also the communication to Captain or department head

19. Inform on any problems in the concerned outlet to supervisor or department head

20. Assist and perform any other duties directed by Superior

- Intermediate/advance English skills is a must, both in writing and speaking - Experience in F&B field in hotels/restaurants is preferable - High school diploma or higher - Male/female - Young, energetic and team player
