Mô tả công việc

- Take primary responsibility for the operation of all facilities, machinery, systems and infrastructure of the resort

- Be responsible and assure all work completion in terms of volume and quality, including replacement, repair, maintenance and new construction projects

- Ensure equipment always work in the most effective and safest conditions

- Promptly respond to guests' maintenance needs and ensure that guests receive professional, efficient prompt and courteous service to resort's standards

- Be able to lead in any emergency situations and take all necessary steps to prevent the resort from any potential threats

- Manage and assign work to all personnel in the Engineering Department

- Check daily requests from departments (tools, replacement supplies)

- Ensure that workshops have adequate materials in stock and that all workshops are kept in a clean environment

- Work closely with all operation departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to make sure equipment in the guests' rooms are in good conditions

- Ensure all the policies and procedures are implemented according to the prevailing operating standards

- Ensure the proper use and periodic maintenance of all equipment

- Make periodic reports to Resort Manager and General Director. Promptly report and solve any incidents of the resort related to Engineering

- Have a sense of responsibility with company, able to work under pressure and on far missions

- Implement any additional tasks assigned by Resort Manager and General Director

Yêu cầu công việc

- Engineering degree

- Professional and well trained manner

- At least 2 year experience in Hotel/Resort

- Excellent management and leadership skills

- Background at Chief Engineering position is required

- Experienced in Eco-Toursim and English speaking is a plus
