Mô tả công việc

Manage reservation, ensure the highest level of occupancy at all times and make suggestions to regarding opening and the closing dates

Daily check the number of expected arrivals, the occupancy of today and for the following 07 days

Daily track for denial, no show and cancellation

Understand the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows

Be responsible for checking incoming reservations

Ensure that all the reservations received by phone, faxes, E-mail are loaded correctly into the systems.

Handle Group Reservation, Amendment, Cancellation and other group inquiries in collaboration with Sales Manager in-charge as needed

Make monthly room night report for top 20 accounts

Make sure that files are kept up to date.

Promote goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, mangers, and fellow employees.

Take part in the Sales meeting

Make contract every month

      Vocational school/ College /Bachelor’s degree

      Good computer skills and a good command of English is a must.
