Key Duties:

Create the operation budget and human resources plan to ensure meeting Business Target.
Create the periodical - Business plan, marketing plan and take care guest.
Ensure the implementation of business target assigned by UHM GROUP.
Guide, supervise, check, be responsible in conducting all regulation stipulated by UHM GROUP.
Grasp the business situation and business trend.
Manage, supervise and be responsible for all company's asset, equipment.
Manage and oversee effectuation related to monthly/quarterly/yearly financial target.
Manage operation and investment expense effectively.
Create and develop the man power effectively as per approval budget.
Maintain the relationship with government and guest.
Report to Board of Director business result periodically

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing...
Minimum 05 years of operation management experience as General Manager at 4 or 5 star Hotel
Strong understanding of hospitality industry: good skills of management, communication, negotiation, arrangement, team working, problem-resolving.
Personal character: moral, honest, responsibility, ability to work under the high pressure
