Mô tả công việc

- Perform her/him duties within the framework defined by the hotel norms and by internal regulations as supervised by the DOS

- Pay a visits to potential accounts in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.

- Assist DOS to review rate guidelines & promotions

- Lead the reactive team and assist to resolve any questions or issues

- Put in place actions to meet Catering & MICE budgets

- Liaise with vendors & partners to organize a wedding fair

- Push Social events

- Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular

Yêu cầu công việc

- Certificate or Degree in Business Administration school or Hotel Management school.

- Previous experience in the role of Catering/ MICE senior sales manager or ADOS

- Understanding hospitality market including MICE segmentation,

- Excellence in presentation, prospecting, negotiation and interpersonal skill.

- Communication skills : Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Languages: fluent in English language (both spoken and written).
