Mô tả công việc

***Recruitment:

- Be Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions in order to meet the recruitment plan at the hotel

- Work closely with Vocational College to arrange for Job Fair => create source of candidates

 

***Compensation & Benefits: 

-Manage the calculations and payments of salary, allowances, overtime, severance payment, 13th month salary, bonuses for all employees in accordance with Company policies and ensure 100% data accuracy

- Perform Personals Income Tax Finalization for all staff and ensure its submission timely

- Prepare annual payroll budget, monitor monthly estimated budget and be involved in salary surveys reports

- Manage/coordinate others benefit of company such as annual health checkup, accident insurance, etc in order to provide the best service to employees

 

***Reporting:

-Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to Accors including Headcount report, Open position, etc timely

-Prepare monthly estimated budget for accrual including headcount expenses and all benefits related

 

***Employee Relations:

-Assist in communications between employees and managers / supervisors / team leaders. Consult managers and employees on government employment regulations, collective agreements, company benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures

-Conduct the newly-hired survey to understand the adaptability of the newcomers in the new working environment; Also, conduct the Exit Interview to understand the reasons for people leaving the organization

- Respond and resolve difficult and sensitive inquiries and complaints from employee in professional manner

- Other projects assigned by General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Hotel Management school, human resource management or general Business school.
• Experiences in human resource is must (>5 years) 
• A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background; 
• Communication skills : PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English
