Mô tả công việc
OBJECTIVE:
• Handle room plan to join program and push OTA for more selling.
• Update content and manage room availability on OTAs extranets (Agoda.com; Booking.com; Expedia.com; Hotelbeds.com, etc.)
• Receive bookings from OTAs and contact guests via phone or emails before the trip to reconfirm the booking and get their needed information.
• Answer phone and hotline to consult customers about product and services.
• Send quotation and answer guests’ inquiries via emails.
• Confirm bookings, series and blockings from travel agencies.
• Make monthly revenue report.
• Collect guests’ information for operation.
• Solve problems concerning about guests’ complaints and issues, case of bad weather and find alternative option for over-booked status.
• Perform other duties assigned by BOM as make reports, etc.
• Available on Fanpage/ Trip advisor to directly consult about products.
• Receive clients’ requests via email and give adequate consultancy and quotation to their requirements.
• Proceed booking reservation with suppliers for confirmed bookings.
• Work with accountants to settle payments for suppliers.
• Post-sale customer service to push for customers’ reviews on OTAs &Tripadvisor.
• Make records of all booking for strict follow-up.
• Report to SM and BOM.
• Create and manage client folders

. Be able to travel on business trip when required
• Carry out other tasks assigned by BOM

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Hospitality or related
- Computer literate, knowing PMS (perfect key, smile, opera) is a great advantage
- Fluent in English. Academic level is a highlight
- Team player person
- Experienced in the Tourism & Hospitality Industry is priority
- Enthusiastic, Honest
- Customer as well as Sales oriented
