The supervisor provides direct support to the business unit management team, in the aim of achieving the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goals. Responsibility also lies in maintaining the business and operations.
1. Adhere to opening and closing procedures
2. The ability to develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods.
3. Train, supervise and discipline all outlet staffs.
4. Maintain a friendly, yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
5. Possess a management ability that ensures a successful handling of the outlets
6. Control reservations and seating of the outlet with regards to service standards.
7. Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all staff members.
8. Ensure all pre-arranged menus, special request, party details are followed through, and all concerned personnel/ section are aware of all details.
9. Responsible for the implementation and upkeep of Guest’s History Record, using business cards, guest’s comments and database
10. Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
11. Observe daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the outlets; Is responsible for the upkeep of repairs and maintenance of Bar/Restaurant
12. Prepare staff schedules, which allow for appropriate service while controlling labor costs and overtime.
13. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees within the outlet and resort
14. Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service. Also, an expert knowledge of beverages
15. Train, supervise and discipline all outlet staffs.
16. Maintain a friendly, yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
17. Maintain a daily log for communication between outlet staff and with upper management.
18. Supervise the public areas and restrooms.
19. Continually be aware of departmental needs as they relate to production and staffing.
20. Forecast workloads and checks work schedules prepared by subordinate managers for all outlet employees.
21. Assist Department Heads in developing job descriptions and reviewing them periodically to ensure their continuing understanding and acceptance.
22. Control standards, performance, employees' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies.

Yêu cầu công việc
-Số nă m kinh nghiệm: At least 01year experiences of the same position in hotel restaurant.
- Vị trí tối thiểu đã từng công tác: Senior Restaurant Captain at the International Restaurant.
- Học vấn: Hospitality school or College
- Ngoại ngữ: Good communication in English
- Kỹ năng cần có: Supervisor skill, guest oriented and computer skill
- Yêu cầu khác: Training skill, good organization skill and teamwork
