DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establist anh complete the room  sale target.

Maintain relation  the business  with the customer.

Answer the question, complain  of customer on the web travel.

Tranfer the room order to reception or guest relation staff.

Advisory, marketing to the customer about services and promotions of the hotel

Receive information, request and take care the customer.

Mantaince and development the customer.

Direct negotiations with the customer and contracting about services.

Development business, search and collect sources of information of the customers, introduction services of the hotel to the customer.

Update customer database daily to sale manager.

Planning : analytical, evaluate,strategy about the room price with business manager.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Report bussines by day, month, year.

Building and development relational with old customer and building the method attractive potential customers at the same time.

Report to business  manager about complain of customers.

Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers.

Send price list, promotion about services of hotel to the customer.

Report to manager about complain of customer.

Transfer information room order and services  to receptions.

Receive, update, handling information of cutomer.

Attend the meetings with manager.
