- Managing on duties of office operations, accounting related work and answering customer calls

- Organizing the activities of the office employees on day to day basis

- Analyzing, investigate and resolve guest complaints or orders with the approval of the front office manager

- Conducting interview whenever receiving applicants for Front Office department

- Effectively guiding ,counsel employees to reflect service strategies and procedures to meet the standards of the organization.

- Training, supervising and supporting office employees, including receptionists, bellman, drivers.
