Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for general cashier’s bank. Collect and count contents of all cashiers envelopes daily.

2. Prepare the daily revenue report and daily revenue entry.

3. To issue VAT invoices and delivery to the customers.

4. To declare monthly VAT (output) invoices and excise tax.

5. To follow up outstanding accounts and ensure that remittance is made within the specified credit terms.

6. To highlight and pursue the settlement of overdue accounts.

7. To co-operate and assist in reconciling the month-end inventory book balances to actual physical counts.

8. To reconcile the monthly AR accounts

9. To be courteous and professional when in contact with outside companies/ customers and to maintain good working relationships with all colleagues throughout the hotel.

· Financial Degree is required

· Ability to perform clerical duties

· Strong administration skills

· English communication
