Sales Executive/ Chuyên viên kinh doanh

1. Responsible for the direct selling and soliciting of new business for Laguna Park Residences 2. Ensure perfect product knowledge to be provided professionally and accurately to client 3. Appear well groomed, smart and presentable 4. Well perform the entire site inspection process from presenting sales models to show units following the site tour script. 5. Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and face to face meetings. Ensure the urgency in responding to enquiry. 6. Negotiate with client on the selling price, terms and conditions. Ensure approval is sought from Director Of Property Sales 7. Take care of the entire sales process from enquiry to signing of option forms to closing the sales deal. Ensure a strong follow-up in closing deals. 8. Obtain clientele feedback and offer constructive suggestion for improvement. 9. Maintain good relationship with current buyers/property owners 10. Searching for new enquiry sources to generate sales 11. Maintain and regularly update sales database. 12. Ensure all sales offices in Laguna Parkare all well manned and set up. 13. Send sales report on time. 14. Ensure that show units defects are regularly checked, well reported and rectified. 15. Liaise with engineering for all technical problems in sales office and show units 16. Look after the on-site marketing such as placards, marketing flats, sales models, digital signage .. 17. Support and supervise Sales Coordinator in all show units related issues 18. To be alternative responsible for show units’ conditions in the absence of Sales Coordinator
