Mô tả công việc

Scope of job: Produce and control event revenue including pricing and profitability to achieve established event sale goals. Supervise & coordinate all event and sale activities, personnel and business development

Main duties:

  • Be aware of the key trends in the market in order to create appropriate strategy
  • Establish beneficial relationships with our clients, especially in Corporate, Commercial sector and MICE segments.
  • Interact with potential clients and industry trade representatives of competitive hotels.
  • Follow up business under negotiation as well as take care of confirmed business
  • Build up selling prices strategy by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand
  • Pursue new market opportunities to increase event revenue
  • Work with Marketing team to develop marketing camping for event
  • Improve customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty by deliver a positive event experience
  • Revenue management, supervise, direct and coordinate the activity of personnel, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute all aspect of the event
  • Event analysis , feedback and experience for future events
  • Produce and set annual sales business plan with General Manager
  • Be always impeccably groomed to represent the Hotel in a professional manner.
  • Be able to conduct an intensive Hotel site inspection and join any hosted function as directed by the Management.
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Background in hospitality 
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar role
  • Relevant industry experience in sales or business development in hotel/travel industry 
  • Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluently English in both speaking and writing
