Mô tả công việc

 Perform Brand’s Services behaviours in daily operation basic towards the guests

 Ensure consistency service within the department

 Sharing guest feedback to the team

 Manage all requests made by guests, or special request from guest that your staff reported to you

 Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans

 Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions

 Conduct familiarization and site inspections

 Maintain a regular sales call pattern

 Participate in conducting client interviews

 Maintain regular contract with the IHG regional network of hotels and reservation center

 Build profile in market place

 Assist Sales Manager with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns

 Work in line with business requirements

Required skills:

 Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

 Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

 Good writing skills

Qualifications:

 Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management,

 Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience –

 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
