Mô tả công việc

•  Is an active member of the yield management team.

•  Provides on-going training and direction as required, for all members of the sales team..

• Supervises,guides and directs all sales team members and sales office support staff.

• Maintains a professional appearance.

• Establishes and maintains an up-to-date level of communication with the General Manager

• Sets up and maintains a good working relationship with all other areas of hotel operations

• Evaluates and analyses all competitive conditions of other hotels, convention facilities and restaurants within the locality and prime competition within the country (region), and make appropriate recommendations to the General Manager on an on-going basis.

• Monthly competitors analysis based on primary and secondary competition including occupancy / average daily room rate, market share, fair share, market penetration index

• Prepares, in conjunction with the General Manager, Front Office Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and all other appropriate department heads, an annual sales forecast (budget).

• Properly implements the marketing plan organizing sales efforts to solicit business that fits the established “mix” of the hotel

• Assign Sales Executives to accounts, cities or territories to ensure effective solicitation coverage to successfully implement the marketing plan.

• Administers the Sales Office

• Implements adequate reporting procedures

• Daily briefings and regular weekly sales meetings are held.

• Sales goals are established.

• Representation and participation in local trade and industry organisation and such as ITB Singapore,

• Supervision of office staff and sales procedures to ensure proper and prompt handling of all communications (24 hours time frame), correspondence, file maintenance and follow-through.

• Co-ordination of sales activities with all HOD departments of the hotel, with particular emphasis on ensuring a good working relationship with the Front Office, the Convention / Banquet and the Food & Beverage Departments.

• Preparation of all monthly sales reports, indicating the results of the past 30 days of sales activities and activities planned for the forthcoming month.

• Preparation of monthly and annual sales forecasts (budgets).

• Complete implementation of an effective sales office system.

• Submit monthly review of the top ten sales accounts for all market segments with estimated annual revenues, highlighting all account servicing activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

•         BA in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing fields or related fields;
•         Experiences as same position in 4-5 star hotels for at least 3 years;
•         Knowledge of local Sales and marketing exposure.
•         Excellent command in English both in speaking & writing;
•         Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
•         Strong management skills,
•         Excellent problem solving skill with hospitality tendency.
•         Very self-confident personality
•         Ability to work under pressure & handle problems.
•         Familiar with Microsoft office Software, including Word and Excel.
•         Familiar with the Internet and electronic communication technique.
