BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for all human resource activities.

Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Given support on needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits.

2. Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, tracking deadlines of HR legal documents.

3. Providing assistance in monitoring employee performance appraisal process.

4. Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel, employees, recruitment, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.

5. Managing sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations, and organizational changes.

6. Responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.

7. Exercising individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bringing them to manager’s attention

8. Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding to HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.

9. Conducting research, gathering data and statistical reports, and maintaining statistical information. 10. Coordinating in staff activities' events

11. In charge for monthly payroll.

12. Support on working with Expat’s related documents.

13. Providing assistance in hiring process activities such as posting jobs on job board or website, reviewing applications. Arrange interview and process recruitment from Asst level.

14. Handling issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Manager.

15. Perform other duties, which are assigned by HR Manager from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education qualification: University degree and relevant degree on law, business administration, human resource management, etc.

2. At least 2 year experience in equivalent position

3. Great in English skills & computer skills.

4. Knowledge of administrative documents, legal documents.

- Knowledge of labor laws and relevant laws

5. Effective problem-solving skills and effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.

6. Ability to operate under immense pressure

7. Having professional ethics, careful work, high sense of responsibility, ability to communicate well, able to coordinate and teamwork spirit;
