Mô tả công việc

• The main task is working on audit & report review for systems including Opera PMS, Delphi and others.
• Assisting Project Management on scheduling for new project plan, coordinating for preparation from related departments. Supporting on the legal aspect process with supplier and property team. Ensuring the qualified necessary document submitted on time and project started as expected time.
• Based on the audit results, Junior Quality Controller will work with property/ department for further investigation, solution for improving the Standard implementation, create more effectiveness.
• Assisting property/ department for perfecting the Standard for system utilities, training guideline.
• Cooperation with IT team & System support to work on issues, problem requested from users such as: internal investigation & support, plan for work session with related teams and follow up for finalizing the case.
• Preparing report/ statistic as per BOM/ Management request with Project Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Background Hospitality is preferred.   
• Fluent in  English
• Have knowledge in software: opera, delphi     
• Bachelor degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
