1. Coordinate the tasks and operations of the Kitchen, canteen, kitchen store and stewarding Departments.

2. Ensure departments under your supervision are managed to control costs, increase revenues and meet budget goals.

3. Assist with the execution of menus, specials, promotions, etc.

4. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to established standards and procedures.

5. Prepare dishes as required.

6. Ensure the strictest guidelines for food safety and handling are practiced.

7. Be readily available to handle guest queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

8. Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements or new products or services to meet guest needs.

9. Assist in the evaluation of Supervisors and Line Employees during their probation period to assess employment eligibility.

Meal & Accommodation

- Graduate of a Hotel and Restaurant or Culinary Arts programme desired.

- Understanding of food cost budget

- Overall food knowledge in Asian and Western Kitchen

- Good physical and mental health
