Mô tả công việc

- Ensure the high standard of services provided for guest and the attainment of the department’s qualitative and quantitative target;

- Being in charge of the organization and quality of running the day-to-day operation in the Hotel.

- Convey the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent present in the field.

- Being driven, innovate, creative, being in tune with the latest trends;

- Hands on management with good eyes and details

- Selecting the right Ambassadors for hotel, monitor and control labor cost;

- Ensure full guest satisfaction at all time, develop customer loyalty and recognition;

- Ensure full implementation of the MGallery brand makers.;

- Ensure excellent and efficient communication with the team and other departments;

- Report directly to the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- 5 years’ professional experience in a range of contexts (business sector, volume) and good knowledge of room professions.

- Hotel Management degree is required

- Good knowledge / background in sales and marketing is a plus

- Patience, professionalism and resistance to pressure.

- Creative, organized, quality orientated, flexible personality, polish appearance.

- Asian experience is a plus.

Able to lead the annual target progress

- Revenue generating focused and oriented

- Able to adapt to local culture.

- Proficient English; any other language is an advantage
