Mô tả công việc

Recruitment source:

Work closely with assigned business, head hunter, recruitment service to deliver recruitment needs.
Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
Coordinate with University student in relation to target recruitment.

CV scanning:

Provide, select CV to update to recruitment database.
Manage candidate data base to make sure data base been updated as recruitment progress.
Follow the recruitment process to recruit permanent employee.
Reply to successful and unsuccessful candidate the interview result when complete interview process.
Prepare and submit candidate offer and follow up until placing.

Interview:

Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system….
Execute prescreening and final phone, face-to-face interview for junior and middle level post and support all parties in concern with assessment.
Proactive to coordinate with department for interview.
Supervise and interact closely with staffing coordinator in charge of assigned hire as well as continue follow up with on boarding.

Recruitment report:

Support HRM with weekly update on recruitment progress.
Making recruitment costing report in accordance with recruitment progress.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education background in Economics, Hospitality, Business Administration or Human Resources.

- 1 year experience working or 6 months internship in HR, specially in Recruitment.

- Want to develop in Human Resources, specially in Recruitment.

- Active and professional characteristic.
