Mô tả công việc

· To verify and inform all information to the new employees.

· Make the telephone to guide new employees about the process, document and other assistants.

· To ensure that timely informing the status of new employees to concerned department.

· To welcome the new employees and introduce some basic information to them.

· To arrange all documents involving employees into their file.

· To take care of employees about locker, bank account, uniform, SOP form, …

· To receive the resignations from employees and support them to complete the exit interview.

· To update, follow and request the materials of HR Office, Nurse, Staff House and Uniform.

· To follow and guide the employees about the standard process, company rules and any questions.

· To support the co-workers to check the time sheets, time attendance, deduction in each payroll period.

· To support in staff activities.

To ensure the timely preparation and information of the monthly, quarterly report.
