Mô tả công việc

- Connect with government department about licensing procedures: Food of Hygiene and Safety, Security and Safety, Fire protection, Environment, Demand use staff,… to write reports quarterly, annually

- Propose regimes for employees (productivity bonus, birthdays, other important occasions)

- Solve insurance social for staff

- Control time sheet and salary of all staff

- Control, maintain, update all human resource personnel files information and ensure the accuracy of all information, database related to employees

- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidate within the targeted time by connecting with universities and colleges in the province, connecting the human community, the employment support center

- Other assignments when required by General Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduated with any fields

- Proficiency in English

- Strong inter-personality, leadership

- Communication skill

- At least 1 year as HR supervisor experience or 2-3 year experience in HR at international standard Hotel/ resort
