Mô tả công việc

• Monitoring and taking responsible for accommodation, catering, activities and other hotel services;
• Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
• Maintaining statistical and financial records;
• Periodically preparing and submitting financial reports to the Owner that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances;
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
• Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies;
• Promoting and marketing the business;
• Meeting and greeting VIP guests;
• Dealing with VIP guests complaints and comments;
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting;
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;
• Creating an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction;
• Monitoring the performance of Paris Deli through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports and giving corrective action;
• Maintaining products and services quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints and giving corrective action;
• Establishing and maintaining a pro-active human resources function to ensure Associates motivation, training and development, wage and benefits administration, and compliance with established labor regulations;
• Maintaining an appropriate level of community public affairs involvement, executes marketing, sales, and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the Paris Deli Hotel business plan;
• Ensuring good safety practices of Associates and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures;
• Ensuring security of Paris Deli;
• Establishing and maintaining applicable preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of Paris Deli;
• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;
• Dealing with contractors and suppliers;
• Implementing and maintaining effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines in order to reach all Associates;
• Understanding the government regulations affecting hotel’s operations, ensuring hotel is operated in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• Other duties may be assigned by the Owner;
