Mô tả công việc

JOB SCOPE

·        Control the driver team, follow the maintenance schedule of all cars.

·        Responsible for safe and timely transportation, status and cleanliness of cars.

·        Prepare accountable record of expenses such as gate fee and parking fees. Records all trips in the logbook.

·        Responsible for controlling and reporting of all matters within of the car. Security/Confidentiality: Follow all regulations and safety procedures structured by the hotel.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Obey all traffic laws.

·        Help the passenger in getting in and out of the vehicles, take care of their luggage if they have any.

·        Handle request of the guests during the trip.

·        Check the oil and water for daily vehicle maintenance, as well as fill in the Daily Car check list.

·        Report immediately all items that require repair to maintenance department by filling in a work order.

·        Be sure that all the vehicles are in good condition, clean and completely equipped with all necessary tools before and after the use of all vehicles.

·        Assure that the car is legally registered to the authorities and properly insured

·        Work closely with the Tour Guide when on excursion to ensure the satisfaction of the guest.

·        Join the periodical Front Office meeting and give suggestions.

·        Develop knowledge about other departments, their staffing, services and hours of           operation in the hotel.

·        Report any unusual occurrences and requests to his superior.

·        Follow all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them (Risk Management).

·        To attend all assigned training programs.

·        Follow established standard operating procedures

·        To help to minimize wastage, neglect, breakage and mishandling of equipments and supplies.

·        To take full responsibility of tasks that has been assigned to him / her.

·        Control the hygiene and cleanliness of work area, equipment and material (HACCP).

·        To constantly adhere to the grooming standards of Sunrise Hoi An Resort.

·        To conduct himself / herself in a respectable way so as to provide a role model for other staff.

·        Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:                       Secondary School.

Certification:                   Driving license Passenger cars from on of 4 seats to 25 seats. Clear driving record.

Experience:                      Minimum 2 year Driver experience

Other:                               Extrovert and bubbling personality, courteous and efficient. English skill.
