Responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting training need analysis and training programs in order to enhance the quality of staff and to improve the staff performance and efficiency in handling hotel guests.
 Be responsible for the hotel training including Induction training, English training, off the job training courses provided by Melia Hotels International, in coordination with departments on the job training .
 Organization of Associates social and recreation activities.
 Develops annual hotel training plans and prepares quarterly reports to management
 Develops and maintains training room and Staff Activity Room.
 Develops hotel training budget.
 Develops training manuals and courses.
 Maintains employee, supervisory and management record of training.
 Conducts first-line supervisory training in basic management skills.
 Conducts guest courtesy training.
 Cooperate with authorities for the training courses required by the Government.
 In coordinate with HR to organize staff activities, communication for staff activities.
 Oversees on the job training of new employees.
 Have good chances to participate training courses organized by Melia Hotels International.
