Welcome guests upon arrival, and familiarize them with the different features of the room and the resort
Create awareness of his/her services and inform of full availability to the guests
Be able to anticipates guest’s needs and respond accordingly
Assist guests with Restaurant Reservations in the different outlets of the resort as well as In Room Dining arrangement; make suggestions and take the order directly if necessary
Attend to all guest requests in an efficient manner and communicate with the concerned departments in order to deliver satisfactory service
Cooperate with Housekeeping in order to ensure room cleanliness as per InterContinental standards throughout guest stay
Assist guests with departure more comfortable. Must contact the guest one day prior to actual departure date offering necessary assistance (i.e. packing, transportation, printing flight details, wake up call, early breakfast etc.)
Arrange amenities according to guest profile, preferences or special requests (i.e. Birthdays, Anniversaries, honeymooners, children, etc.)
Arrange flowers where necessary for suite rooms and ensure replacement during guest’s stay

Required Skills –

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Good writing skills
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
A high energy level and a passion for achieving results
Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
Ability to manage complex relationships
A passion for delivering superior results
Good Interpersonal Skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
Update knowledge of Front Office, Food and Beverage and Housekeeping

Qualifications –

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

Experience –

Guest service / hotel experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation
