Mô tả công việc

The Sales Executive - focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share for the apartment.

- Identifies, develops, and evaluates sales strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.

- Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.

- Maintains existing accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmes.

- Takes care customers throughout the guest’s cycle: pre-arrival, upon arrival, settling in and moving around, stay experience, pre-departure and departure.

- Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.

- Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures.

- Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the Company.

- Other works as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc


- Degree in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing/Hospitality.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.

- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.

- Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality
