·      Daily Collect paper works in audit box, sort out City ledgers, Credit Card and pass to AR.

·      Assist Income Audit Supervisor in controls dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence used at all times, accounting for dockets and making sure canceled dockets are recorded accordingly

·      Assist Income Auditor Supervisor in controls all food and beverage sales by performs spot checks on outlet checks used

·      Assist Income Auditor Supervisor in Ensures all rebates and miscellaneous charges are supported by documentation detailing the charges.  All rebate credits must be in accordance with Finance Policy.  The rebate credits, miscellaneous charges and paid outs must be summarized and sent to the Finance Manager and General Manager for review daily

·      Audit daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip

·      Audit and reconciles advance payments and ensures payments have been applied

·      Daily check every single VAT invoice as per Tax Regulation and correction if needed. Assist Income Audit Supervisor in deliver VAT invoice report as per Vietnamese Tax Regulation

·      Daily check Folio with back up booking, email, outlet bill, Invoice and assist Outlet Cashier to deal with the guest in case of dispute

·      Support other Department in managing asset and operation items to maintain good condition for good services

·      Issue and Post VAT invoice as per guest request accurately and as soon as possible
