Mô tả công việc

A. Daily work:
- Send daily exchange rate.
- Check Night Audit Pack.
- Check balance GS transferred from Folio to AR: Make sure supporting document is dropped to FIN and
adequate then send invoice for collection payment timely.
- Print VAT invoices for apartments checking out in the day.
- Check VAT invoices issued by GS for apartments checked out previous day.
- Issue VAT invoices for long stay rental within 1st week of the month.
- Issue VAT invoices for long stay guest miscellaneous bills by last week of the month.
- Reconcile VAT invoice issuing against daily posting.
- Update long term lease agreement listing.
- Check daily revenue from Protel to ensure revenue generated correctly against the lease agreements
and to find out if there is any guest without contracts.
- Check guest allowance posting against contracts.
- Check previous day collection in GS drop safe against daily collection report and bank in to company
bank account.
- Other works as assigned by management.

B. Monthly work:
- Prepare journals for income estimate, guest allowance and complimentary/ house use rooms.
- Reconcile output VAT.
- Prepare VAT invoice usage report quarterly.
- Other works as assigned by management.

- At least two years working experiences as Income Auditors in serviced apartments or hotels.
- Good spoken and written in English
- Good knowledge in use of computer: Ms. Word, especiall in Excel (logical report composing)
- High attention to details

- Ready to accept new assignments
- Have good knowledge of VAT regulation and VAT invoice usage/admin.
