Mô tả công việc

1. Handle FIT bookings, enquiries, guests logistic arrangements

2. Prepare documents for arrival guests (registration card, folio...)

3. Check in/ out mainly in the afternoon

4. Offer rooming or showing the guests to the villa

5. Handle phone call via hotline

6. In charge emails Tin đã hết hạn

7. Update guests information to Immigration Department

8. Take care in house guests (assist with FB and activities bookings)

9. Coordinate with HSK to prepare the arrival villa, instruct for in house cleaning service

10. Coordinate with LTT for transportation arrangements of all guests and tracking the charge

11. Double check the villa before guests arrival

12. Key inventory and manage

13. In charge for finance related documents

14. Print VATs of checked out folios and submit to finance

15. Update guests count & room count report for finance purpose in the end of the month

16.  Assist convenience store and coffee shop during Giang is taking day off

17. Coordinate and report to Duty Manager on daily operation
