Mô tả công việc

General IT support, dealing with hardware and software enquiries.
Assist in project plans and installation schedules to incorporate planning of physical layout, site preparation, training and scheduling of support/ cut-over teams.
Assist IT Manager in managing IT vendor relationships for the hotel.
Assist in the evaluation of new systems and detailing specifications for customisation of current and future systems to address hotel needs.
Co-ordinate support issues between users at the hotel and the Marriott Customer Support
Centre.
Assist IT Manager in maintaining communications and information exchange between the hotel, divisional office and corporate offices to ensure optimum sharing of direction and solutions.
Fulfil 7x24 hour on call duties as required.
Ensure that the hotel is in compliance with all Marriott Technology initiatives.
Perform specific ad-hoc tasks as directed by IT Manager.

1 to 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role

Qualified to degree level or equivalent in an IT discipline is essential

Good communication skills

Well organised and be able to prioritise workload
