Mô tả công việc

We are seeking an internship for sales & marketing team to help support the grow of sales operation & marketing activities. This post will be responsible for working with sales & marketing team to:

Issuing contracts for sales team
Develop, execute a processing for identifying opportunities
Managing sales team meeting schedule/taking meeting minutes
Filing important documents
Ensuring the adequacy of sales related equipment, material, stationaries
Supporting SMs to build the accounts/clients database
Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Conducting site-inspection if SMs are outside meeting with clients
Supporting Reservation Supervisor – making confirmation letter/keying bookings in the system
Provide analysis of sales & marketing initiative
Performance other administrative duties as required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good knowledge of sales & marketing profession.

- Good management skills.

- Good communication skills and English speaking is a must.

- 2 or-3 months internship duration.

- Working hours from 8:30am - 6:00 pm Mon - Fri

- Strong self-start who can work independent in a dynamic environment

- Can able to build rapport with a wide rank of people

- Willing to work as a trainee & eager for learning

- Ability to manage multiple project simultaneous effectively
