Mô tả công việc

  1. 1.       Make logistics arrangements for business trips

    2.       Update Business Travel & AL Calendar

    3.       Administer senior manager Movement Schedule

    4.       Coordinate with relevant department to arrange the meeting

    5.       Make payment requests, expense claims

    6.       Coordinate for granting permission of share drive

    7.       Control documents to be approved by MD

    8.       Other duties as assigned by the management
