REPORTS TO: Assistant Manager
POSITION SUMMERY:
As a Bar Supervisor Café Lounge you must ensure the bar operates smoothly, with sufficient stock and team at all times.
The ideal candidate in this position must be passionate, confident and innovative to turn moments into memories for all our guests, ensuring that he/she gives exceptional service w/ a smile.
The Bar Supervisor pays close, attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and job satisfaction of team members, as well as the financial success of the concept with ‘out side the box’ creations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To be flexible in attitude, approach and in working hours.
2. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
3. Clean and sterilize glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
4. Present drink menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages.
5. Clean bars, work areas and tables.
6. Arrange and maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation, promotion of beverages and attractive displays.
7. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
8. Assist the restocking and replenishment of the bar inventory and supplies.
9. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the Assistant Manager.
10. Established a support with maintaining good customer relationship.
11. Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a customer and efficient manner.
12. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
13. Attend all scheduled operation meetings.
14. Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
15. Plan, Organize and control the operations of a cocktail bar and cafe.
16. Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders.
17. Create Cafe, bar menu and recipes.

BEHAVIOUR:
- Calm, self-motivated, positive attitude, confident, open minded, willing to learn, good communication skills, innovative, self-starter, contributor.

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION:
- Proven working experience as Bar supervisor
- Working experience in hospitality
- Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
