POSITION SUMMERY:
As an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
The right bartender uplifts the drinking experience by turning moments into memories for all our guests, ensuring that he/she gives exceptional service w/ a smile.
To be a successful bartender, you should be polite with our guests and make sure they enjoy their drinks. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Floor Team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Ultimately, it is the duty of our Bartenders to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To be flexible in attitude, approach and in working hours.
2. Ensure that the work areas is clean at all the time.
3. Prepare the bar display cabinet.
4. Prepare enough beverages for service (Fridge filled up with beer, wine water...)
5. Prepare bar counter service, ice cube & ice water.
6. Take and record special information.
7. Established a support with guest maintaining good customer relationships.
8. Familiars and have good knowledge of the F&B menu.
9. Prepare outlet for guest comfort.
10. Clean the bar equipment
11. Upsell F&B to increase the revenue
12. Check refrigerator.
13. On arrival collect all the order from last night.
14. Do operating and closing inventory.
15. Ensure that everything to be cleaned (bar counter, rubbish bin,..)before you left the bar.
16. Report everything suspicious to management.
BEHAVIOUR:
- Calm, self-motivated, positive attitude, confident, open minded, willing to learn, good communication skills, innovative, self-starter, contributor.

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION:
- Proven working experience as Waiter
- Working experience in hospitality
- Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
