POSITION SUMMERY:
As a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
The right Cleaner uplifts the cleaning experience by turning moments into memories for all our guests, ensuring that he/she gives exceptional service w/ a smile.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To be flexible in attitude, approach and in working hours.
2. Clean all bathrooms 1 time per hour. Make sure toilet paper is stocked, soap. Toilets are cleaned and floors mopped and dry. Hand towels are replaced. Trash is removed. Mirrors are cleaned.
3. Floors are swept and mopped at start of each shift.
4. Glass windows are cleaned everyday.
5. Wash all dirty glasses that are sent back to the bar during the shift.
6. Clean all areas in the cafe &lounge that are dirty.
7. Check all cleaning supplies that there is enough for the operation.
8. Assist the supervisors during the operation to help keep clean.
9. Follow through with the cleaning schedule with management.

Yêu cầu công việc

EDUCATION:
- Proven working experience as Cleaner
- Working experience in hospitality
- Experience with needs assessment techniques, quality standards and satisfaction evaluation techniques
- Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
