Assistant Marketing Communication Manager

• Handle contact and relationships with all Local, International and English speaking media.
• Together with the Marcom Manager/DOSM, plan and develop promotional and communications strategies via media, placement of advertising as directed, printed materials and other sales & promotional tools as directed.
• To support and leverage implementation of best practices in marketing, operations and report to Marcom Manager/DOSM.
• Work with Marcom Manager, DOSM, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Culinary in planning and arranging hotel events including media events, wedding fair.
• Plan and implement Press Release plan including research and writing in conjunction with the Marcom Manager/DOSM.
• Work with Food and Beverage Director, F&B Manager and Executive Chef in developing F&B promotions, coordinating communication strategies, and all necessary arrangements
• Participate in preparation and planning of the Annual Operation Plan, Departmental Objectives and other costs related to the Annual Budget.
• Support HR events including charitable events and internal communications events.
• Provide support to the Marcom Manager/DOSM.
• Undertake additional duties as requested by the Department Head and Hotel Management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the marketing department with the same position or executive position in a 5-star hotel

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality or Business

• Copywriting skills

• Excellent English and Vietnamese verbally and non-verbally

• Self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, well-disciplined and honest

• Ability to work under high pressure and fast-changing pace
