Mô tả công việc

Manage and have responsibility about performance of front office staff (receptionist, cashier).
Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
Participates in the selection of front office personnel.
Schedules the front office staff. Supervises workload during shifts.
Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee.
Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.
Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
Ensure all front office employees to wear proper uniforms and perform high standard of service follow to Company policies.
Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that Front Office staff are, always, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests and tenants.
Maintain required pars of all front office and stationary supplies.
Review daily front office work and activity reports.
Review Front office log book and Guest feedback on a daily basis.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Giving necessary information for all guests who come for leasing.
Interacts professionally with Engineering, Security, Cleaning departments.
Guide / Instruct Residents / Owners / Owners’ contractors to follow the building’s Rules & regulations & forms apply within the building regarding to move in / out, fitting-out, resident registration, etc.
Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degrees in Hotel Management, Hospitality of any related education background.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with customers
Minimum 2-year experience in supervisor/team leader role or 1-year experience in same position.
Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills;
Excellent in problem solving and handling guest complaint.
Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn;
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task;
Literacy, for writing reports and presentations;
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative;
Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
