Job descriptions:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a strong hospitality background who will oversee activities of the 3 star standard “Yen Tu Village Lodge” including accommodation (100 guest rooms), 2 restaurants, bar/café, general village’s reception operation (information desk, tours & ticketing) and recreational activities for guests and visitors.

Specific duties:

- Ensuring that daily operation is run smoothly.

- Ensuring that guest events and recreational activities are in place and executed.

- Working with Sales & Marketing to establish property sales strategy, goals, and action plans for the Lodge.

- Paying attention to training and developing the team.

- Ensuring ongoing development of managers and supervisors.

Work Environment and Context

- Requires active physical activities

- Occasional travel, mostly to Ha Long, is required.

- Travelling between Yen Tu Mountain (head quarter) and Ha Long office
