Mô tả công việc

Research and analysis of market ( Included: grow or go down of market, rates and service of Competitors )
Working in conjunction with DOS to maintain current client relationships and encourage repeat business
Responsibilities maintaining a healthy relationship with the company's client
Ensure to meet monthly – quarter room’s night target
Reporting must always be accurate to DOS
Devise proposals that include amenities that exceed the current ones at competitive prices
Preparing weekly and monthly reports of sales projections and goals and progress
Ability to creating and present visual and presentations
Attendance at trade shows and similar events is crucial to make new contacts.
Following up with clients is with any concerns or disappointments that occurred and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Vigilant in gathering customer satisfaction surveys
Other detail information will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

2 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences.
Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese and English
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
