Finance Manager in Hai Phong City

journal entries up to generating financial reports from the accounting system for the review by the business’s operator and owner .

2. Based on the report extracted from the system, perform analysis with variance explanations and report to the business’s operator and owner. .

3. Provide supervision to finance team members in relation to accounting matters.

4. Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts covering all activities of the company.

5. Take charge of tax matters (corporate, withholding tax and VAT taxes), duties and licenses payables.

6. Liaise with external & internal auditors and tax consultant.

7. Support other departments in relation to procurement activities and ensure the internal procedures and policies are adhere to properly.

8. Recommend and support management to implement improvement in internal procedures and procedures .

9. Prepare and monitors the cashflow of the company through timely review and control over collections from customers and payments to vendors.

10. Reviews purchase requisitions and orders as part of budgetary monitoring or control

11. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the management.

- Degree in Accounting

- At least 4 -6 years of accounting experience, with 2-3 years working in a similar capacity;

- Excellent verbal and written English;

- Competent in PC accounting software.

- Independent, high sense of integrity, resourceful, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and leadership qualities.
