Mô tả công việc
- To advise Board of Directors on human resource development strategy, human resource management and management system of the Company.
- To consult and advise Board of Directors in developing and finalizing the rules, regulations, procedures, policies ... relating to the functions and duties of Administrative and Human Resources Department with the aim to support management of the Company.
- Developing culture, image and environment of the company
- Responsible for managing assets of the company under the scope of authorization
- Is a contact information channels with partners, agencies, local governments
- Build up regulations, supervision, inspection and control of the management, usage of assets and equipment of the Company;
- Coordinate with other departments on the implementation of security, safety and fire prevention.
- Establish a system of documents and filing documents.
- Ensure legality of policies and procedures in accordance with the company, local regulations, and union.
- Ensure the compliance with health and safety regulation
- Build up manning guide, recruitment planning and structure human resources for the Company.
- Propose, create salary policies, compensation and benefit policies with the aim to encourage staff to do their best.
- To establish structure and operation procedures of HR Department
- Maintain and strengthen human resources by planning, implementation and evaluation of labor relations and human resources policies.
- Undertake government policies in accordance with company strategy.
- Establish an appropriate recruitment system.
- Develop training system and budget for training and development
- Set up, guidance and control training program to assess the effectiveness of employees.
- Perform others assignments under Management Board’s instruction.

- Cultural level: BA/MBA
- Majority: Human Resources/Business Administration/Law
- Experience: at least 2 years working as the position of HRM.
- Skills: Presentation, organization, negotiation, communication, analyze, assessment
- Abilities: Planning, management and organization
- Motivation, independent and can work under pressure. Initiative, flexible and pro-active
