QUALITY CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER

To act as specialist consultants who provide direction and support to operational leaders on process improvement and areas of Brand delivery improvement. To lead and share with the Hotel teams best practices and initiatives to assist in leveraging IHG operations scale & knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Maintain healthy vendor relationships and ensure communication of IHG values and in any services rendered

● Address any support queries from the field relating to audit checklist, Brand Standards and Brand Safety Standard

● Investigate disputes in audit results

● Standards update/clarification (as required) from Brands, D&E and Risk Management Team

● Revise and update (when necessary) audit questions in system and checklist, standards and system functionalities

● Act as moderator to stakeholder and hotel on any similar conflicting submission (when necessary)

● Participate in planning and execusion of IHG corporate activities as required.

● Effective oral and written communications and presentations skills – certification in Business English; Business Writing and Communication preferred

● Strong PC skills – certification in Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint 2000 preferred

● Ability to travel approx. 5% of time is required

Qualifications:

● College Diploma in Business or equivalent relevant experience

Essential Experience:

● Typically 5 years or more of experience in organizing & coordinating multiple assignments and projects

● Demonstrated understanding of hotel operations

● Demonstrated commitment to a compliance and or quality function

● CV in English
