Set up all sales objectives, action plans and team’s targets.
- Assist in the management and development of Sales team.
- Actively participate in achieving hotel’s budgets, especially rooms’ budget.
- Generate and maintain major accounts and assigned segments through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, sight inspections, etc.).
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the hotel and the management company.
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
- Monitor offers, options and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminars in close cooperation with the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Define precisely guest requirements and ensure that the guest services offer corresponds effectively to their requests.
- Provide after-sales services to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously if any.
- Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximizes up selling opportunities of sales team.
- Review direct competition and ensure complete awareness by all sales team of competitor’s activities (promotions, special rates and event) at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospatility Management, Marketing or related field.
- At least 02 years working experience in the same position and have knowledge of local hospitality market.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work independently and work under high pressure.
- Positive attitude, strong leadership/ analytical skills
- Good communication skills and excellent selling capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
