Mô tả công việc

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping.

Direct and work with associates to ensure hotel guestrooms, public space and associate areas are clean and well maintained.

Complete inspections and hold people accountable for corrective actions.

Set and implement strategies and plans of housekeeping department to achieve hotel and department operations goals, maximizing guest and associate satisfaction within the operating budget.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese

Able to use Microsoft office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Customer oriented and result oriented mindset

Proven strategic thinking, team management and leadership skills with a large team

At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience and 02 years working at manager level and above in hotel housekeeping

Creative, well-organized, able to work under high pressure

Hotel management college diploma or above

Working experience in similar role in international hotels is a priority
