Mô tả công việc

- Work with 15 members of Back Office, including 3 Japanese

- To work efficiently with Online Travel Agencies;

- To receive reservations by mail, telephone, internet, direct booking & inquiries;

- To verify customer information, assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails and letters;

- To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input/updated accurately and promptly onto the system;

- To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and services to ensure that you are able to respond to customer enquiries or offer them advice when necessary;

- To co-operate with sales team and Front office to deliver excellent customer service support;

- To create daily floor sheets detailing reservations and report to Sales Manager, General Manager;

- Other administrative tasks as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Essential requirements :

- Female, Age below 35 years old;

- Language skill : English TOEIC 700 or equivalent;

- From 1 years’ experience in working as sales, reservation staff, booking with Online travel agency, hotel, restaurant...

- Service minded, hospitality and professional team work;

- Ability to coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment;

- Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail;

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Desirable requirements :

- Familiar with Opera system
