Mô tả công việc

As a Store Manager you will contribute much to our success, be responsible for the day-to-day running of the coffee shop, managing your team while they provide a service to the public:

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
Maintain the highest standards of products & services that PJ’s coffee stands for
Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Respond to customer complaints and comments

Yêu cầu công việc

3 years of working experience at a restaurant or a coffee shop, preferably in an international company
Good at English (reading, writing, speaking, & listening)
Customer oriented, hardworking, responsible and reliable, be a team player & role model for your members.
Excellent communication skills.
People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.”
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of confidence
