Bar and Beverage Supervisor

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Supervising all Bar and Beverage Outlet operations
• Monitor Happy Hour set-up and service, ensuring agreement to Hotel standards.
• Responsibility for the creation of cocktail menus and Update menu changes on the Point of sale (POS) terminal
• Development and implementation of new international trends to set exceedingly expected standards within the industry
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Work within budgeted guidelines in relation Beverage Costs.
• Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  
• Responsibility for all beverage purchases, inventories and stock levels within the operation
• Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
  
• Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals with the Outlest & Bar Managers under your responsibility
• Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
• Assist Recruiting, managing, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
  
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

• Fluent in English
  
• 3 Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience
