Training Manager

1.  Prepare and implement training plans for employees, belonging to Front of the house departments/ Lập và triển khai kế hoạch Đào tạo cho CNV thuộc bộ phận dịch vụ.
2.  Participate in teaching and training communication English for employees/Tham gia tổ chức và đào tạo Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cho CNV.
3.  Research, select and organize other training courses/Nghiên cứu, chọn lọc và tổ chức các khóa đào tạo khác.
4.  Periodically evaluate the English training of employees to improve service quality/Định kỳ đánh giá việc đào tạo Tiếng Anh của CNV để góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ.
5. Develop, improve policies, training processes and forms/Xây dựng, hoàn thiện chính sách, quy trình đào tạo và các biểu mẫu.
6. Save and provide information related to training /Lưu trữ và cung cấp thông tin liên quan đến đào tạo.
7.  Reporting weekly / monthly / quarterly or on request/Thực hiện công tác báo cáo theo định kỳ tuần/ tháng/ quý/ năm hoặc khi được yêu cầu.
8.  Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi được Trưởng Nhân sự giao cho.

1. • Two months probationary period with 100% salary.
2. • Phone expense will be paid VND 300.000/month with manager position.
3. • Free accommodation with air-conditioner at the staff house of the resort (separate room).
4. • Laundry at the resort according to the company’s policy.
5. • Free breakfast at the Restaurant, free lunch & dinner at the Staff Canteen.
6. • Transportation for work is arranged by the resort
7. Receiving full kinds of insurances (Social/Health/ Accident Insurances)
8. You will be entitled to 12 (Twelve) days of paid annual leave per year. Unused annual leave may not be carried over to the following year.
9. Public Holidays (10 days) in force in the country of assignment.
10. Working days are related to six (06) days per week. Working hours may vary from time to time and will be depend upon business needs.

Educational degree: College/ University with related majors

With a minimum of two experiences with relevant position, training experiences.

Language: Priority for expertise English communication skill.

Expertise office computer skills

Ability to operate, plan, organize or arrange and under high pressure from work.
