Mô tả công việc

Provide the guests all needed information about the Hotel and then sell the rooms
Take new reservations, key into system
Optimize sales by room categories that fit with brand and Hotel objectives; and customer preferences
Handle overbooked, wait-list reservations
Take and handle amendments, cancellations
Handle no shows from Travel agents
Handle group bookings
Handle complimentary room bookings
File reservations

Experienced in Reservation or Front Office
At least 1 years experience at the same position
Strong dealing, recommendation skills
Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill
Enthusiastic, careful, team spirit
Ability to glean information
Good interpersonal skills, sense of hospitality and selling
Familiar with Opera system
